Astra Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs access to and use of Astra's websites, software, applications, artificial intelligence systems, APIs, integrations, services, and related technologies (collectively, the "Services") provided by Launchpoint Dev, DBA Astra ("Astra," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of Astra's Terms of Service.

Users may not upload, generate, distribute, transmit, store, or otherwise use Astra to create content that:

  • Promotes criminal activity
  • Facilitates unlawful conduct

Fraudulent Content

  • Misrepresents products or services
  • Impersonates individuals or organizations
  • Creates deceptive advertisements
  • Facilitates scams

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Infringes copyrights
  • Violates trademarks
  • Misappropriates trade secrets
  • Uses proprietary materials without authorization

Harassing Content

  • Threatens individuals
  • Promotes harassment
  • Encourages abuse
  • Facilitates stalking

Malicious Content

  • Malware
  • Ransomware
  • Viruses
  • Spyware
  • Harmful code
  • Unauthorized scripts

Defamatory Content

  • False statements presented as fact
  • Unlawful reputational attacks

Users remain solely responsible for all content submitted to or generated through Astra.

Artificial Intelligence Responsibility

Astra's AI systems may generate content based upon user inputs.

Users may not use Astra to:

  • Generate fraudulent communications
  • Create deceptive advertisements
  • Produce misleading claims
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as verified fact
  • Manipulate consumers through unlawful means
  • Circumvent advertising platform rules

Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before publication or implementation.

Advertising and Marketing Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with:

  • Advertising laws
  • Consumer protection laws
  • Email marketing regulations
  • SMS marketing regulations
  • Privacy laws
  • Platform advertising policies

Users may not use Astra to generate or distribute content that violates:

  • CAN-SPAM requirements
  • TCPA requirements
  • FTC advertising requirements
  • Applicable state laws
  • Third-party platform policies

Astra does not review, approve, or guarantee the compliance of generated content.

Customer Data and Personal Information

Users may only upload information they are legally authorized to use.

Users may not upload:

  • Stolen information
  • Unlawfully obtained information
  • Information acquired without necessary permissions
  • Data subject to restrictions they are not authorized to satisfy

Users remain responsible for:

  • Obtaining consent
  • Maintaining lawful processing rights
  • Managing privacy compliance obligations

Security Restrictions

Users may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Probe vulnerabilities
  • Conduct penetration testing without authorization
  • Interfere with security systems
  • Access another user's account
  • Share credentials improperly

Users must immediately notify Astra of suspected unauthorized access.

Platform Abuse

Users may not engage in conduct that interferes with Astra's systems or operations.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Excessive automated requests
  • Resource abuse
  • System overload attempts
  • Denial-of-service attacks
  • Infrastructure disruption
  • Excessive scraping
  • Automated account creation
  • Circumvention of usage limitations

Astra reserves the right to restrict activity that negatively impacts platform performance.

Reverse Engineering and Competitive Use

Users may not:

  • Reverse engineer Astra software
  • Decompile Astra systems
  • Extract source code
  • Replicate platform functionality
  • Create competing products using Astra technology
  • Benchmark Astra for publication without written authorization

Nothing in this Policy limits rights expressly permitted by applicable law.

Unauthorized Automation

Users may not use Astra to:

  • Generate spam
  • Conduct mass unsolicited outreach
  • Create bot networks
  • Manipulate advertising systems
  • Artificially inflate metrics
  • Circumvent platform restrictions

Any automation deployed through Astra must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.

High-Risk Uses

Astra is not designed for high-risk activities where failures could result in:

  • Physical harm
  • Personal injury
  • Death
  • Significant property damage
  • Public safety risks

Users may not rely upon Astra for:

  • Medical diagnoses
  • Emergency response decisions
  • Critical infrastructure operations
  • Safety-critical systems

Intellectual Property Rights

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of Astra and third parties.

Users may not:

  • Copy proprietary software
  • Remove copyright notices
  • Misuse trademarks
  • Misappropriate trade secrets
  • Claim ownership of Astra intellectual property

Unauthorized use may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

Fraud Prevention

Users may not use Astra for:

  • Identity theft
  • Financial fraud
  • Payment fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Deceptive business practices
  • Market manipulation
  • False endorsements
  • Fake reviews

Astra reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity.

Investigations and Enforcement

Astra reserves the right to:

  • Investigate suspected violations
  • Remove content
  • Restrict access
  • Suspend accounts
  • Terminate accounts
  • Report unlawful activity to authorities
  • Cooperate with legal investigations

Astra is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement actions.

Reporting Violations

Reports should include sufficient information to allow Astra to investigate the matter.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Warning notices

Astra reserves sole discretion in determining appropriate remedies.

No Monitoring Obligation

Astra may monitor platform activity but is not obligated to do so.

Astra does not guarantee that all prohibited conduct will be detected or prevented.

Users remain responsible for their own actions and compliance obligations.

Modifications to This Policy

Astra may modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
